This is the third job that Andres has carried out for me in 5 years. Thank you Andres. On all three occasions, I have been astonished and very please with the end results. He is a very knowledgeable boiler engineer and plumber who is a good communicator, honest, efficient, meticulous with details (problem solver), tidy and punctual. I am already booked in for my annual boiler service

Excellent in all respects

Andres was very helpful and very efficient in rerouting our gas supply in order to get our heating system going during the very cold weather conditions.

It was a pleasure to have given the work to a conscientious company. I look forward to the next time I can use their services.

Andres and Rahman designed, installed a complete new plumbing system in our house including 2 new shower rooms and a new boiler. Throughout the work they gave good advice and updated our system to deliver really excellent heating everywhere and water pressure for the showers. Not only did they do good work but they are a pleasure to have in the house. They were always thoughtful of the impact the work might have. We have already asked them to come back and renew our family bathroom.

Rahman is a top class plumber. He really knows his stuff. He is diligent, helpful, suggesting ways to solve problems … which we had a few of along the way (we have an old property). He is reliable and reasonable. I would definitely call on him again and recommend him to anyone! He is also courteous and on time. He is a really good plumber and a nice guy! Caversham

After the first initial visit from berkshire direct heating and plumbing the approach was professional and friendly. Being in the construction industry myself I'm very particular and the works completed by berkshire direct heating and plumbing was to a very high standard. We have already passed on berkshire direct heating and plumbing details to another of our regular customers due to very high standards on our first encounter.

Andres is definitely someone you can 100% rely on. I will never go for anyone else if I can have Andres to do the works
